R100RS フルカスタム製作記 ～part3～

今日はフルカスタム製作記パート３のアップの日です！
パート３はフロント オーリンズ１７inc化をご紹介したいと思います。
( Hello, everyone! Today I will introduce the custom of front fork )
ステムシャフトを旋盤にて作成中。
ネジ切りも旋盤で行うため失敗が許されないので集中力が必要な作業です。
(making stem shaft with lathe turning machine)
アンダーブラケットにハンドルストッパーの作成や必要のないステーをカットしていきます。
( making handle stopper at under bracket and cut the part of unnecessary)
ステムベアリング用のカラーをこちらも旋盤で作成。
( making color of stem bearing with lathe turning machine )
仮組は一発で決まりました！
ステム回り仮組ＯＫ！ ハンドルロックも使用可能です。
(The temporary assembly has done at one time . It is able to use handle lock.)
フロントホイール用のカラーを作成し、フォークを取り付けフロント回りの仮組がほぼ完成です。
( Temporary assembly is almost completed.)
ブレーキキャリパーサポートの作成
( making caliper support for a brake )
キャリパーの仮付けをし、ブラックにアルマイトしフロント回りはほぼ完成です。
次回はマフラー加工・FCR化をご紹介したいと思います！！
